SERVPRO Boise – A Proud Part of Our Community

hands in a circle showing community love for all SERVPRO is more than a company. We are part of the community and here to help everyone in Boise that may experience residential or commercial disaster

At SERVPRO Boise, we’re more than just a business; we’re a dedicated part of the Boise community. Since our inception, our mission has been to provide the best quality service, exceptional customer care, and unwavering support to our neighbors. Our commitment goes beyond professional excellence—we’re here to help, always.

Owner Chris Isaacson recently spoke at the Boise Metro Chamber, sharing invaluable advice on disaster preparedness with our community. This initiative highlights our dedication to not only addressing property damage but also helping our neighbors prepare for and mitigate disaster risks.

Isaacson emphasized, “As severe weather and climate events become more frequent, the importance of advance planning grows.” His insights are based on years of experience in disaster response and remediation, a field where SERVPRO has seen firsthand the rising impact of extreme weather. In 2021 alone, there were 20 “billion-dollar” weather or climate disaster events, according to the National Centers for Environmental Information (NCEI).

Since the fall of 2022, the U.S. has faced extreme weather events from coast to coast, including major floods, hurricanes, tornadoes, and severe blizzards. These events underscore the necessity for disaster readiness, especially as spring’s unpredictable weather approaches. Isaacson advises property owners to utilize state, federal, and online resources for disaster preparation. The CDC, FEMA, and organizations like the Red Cross provide comprehensive tools and checklists to help you prepare.

Rick Isaacson, CEO of SERVPRO Industries, LLC, noted that the number of calls for help surged over 300% following the winter storm event in late December 2022. He stressed that advance preparation could help mitigate damage and ensure critical information is readily accessible in times of crisis.

At SERVPRO Boise, we specialize in disaster cleaning, restoration, and construction services, striving to make it “Like it never even happened.” Our team is dedicated to helping both commercial and residential customers recover swiftly and efficiently.
