We have a full house today at our Continuing Education Course on Ethics! Thank you to Elaine Mellon with the Idaho Department of Insurance for agreeing to speak about insurance violations. We are thrilled to be hosting this event in our new conference room and can't wait for many more opportunities in the coming months! 

We had a wonderful time hosting the Montana & Idaho Area Meeting last week! Thank you to Brandon Bearden and Tristine from SERVPRO Industries, Inc. for the wealth of knowledge! We had the pleasure of presenting to local homeowners of Avimor last Wednesday evening. Thank you to Matt Dietz- Farmers Insurance and Monty Ewing for allowing us to speak about our role in the restoration process and answer any homeowners questions.

SERVPRO had the opportunity to host a private informative and interactive continuing education course on ethics for a local insurance agency, Pacific Crest Independent Insurance Alliance. Blaine Tewell taught the course to eight employees and enjoyed being able to provide this type of class to them free of charge and in the comforts of their own office. SERVPRO had the honor of hosting two informative and interactive continuing education (CE) courses yesterday. The courses were on understanding biohazard cleanup for insurance professionals, property managers and staff. We had an excellent turn out and enjoyed our time at the TownePlace Suites in Meridian!

Our very own Blaine Tewell was recognized at our June area meeting for being the Idaho Sales & Marketing Representative of the quarter. He won the Idaho Marketing Monster Victory Award. Way to go Blaine!

SERVPRO had the honor of hosting an informative and interactive course on ethics for local insurance agents and adjusters. We had an excellent turn out at our continuing education course and enjoyed our time at the Boise Centre.

Our Operations Manager Beth Byce and one of our Crew Chiefs Justin Gallegos had the opportunity to visit the SERVPRO Corporate office and attend the IICRC Applied Structural Drying course. They learned the science of drying and how that is applied in the field. In the class a training house is flooded and they are taught how to dry it out efficiently and in a cost effective way.

Our very own Kaitlin Hummel was recognized at our district meeting for being the Idaho Sales & Marketing Representative of the quarter. She won the Idaho Marketing Monster Victory award. Vic is in good hands and never leaving our franchise. Way to go Kaitlin!

SERVPRO recently spent the morning doing our yearly respirator fit testing. At SERVPRO of Boise safety is our highest priority! Thank you Norco Industrial for coming out and performing the test. 

We are blessed each and every day to work with not only the best human coworkers, but also the best puppy coworkers in the valley. These boys definitely keep us on our toes, how cute do they look in their hero ready shirts?
