The Boise team came all the way down to Malibu California after wildfires devastated our community. The Boise team was the first SERVPRO team on site and more professional & Ethical than any other emergency crews who came to bid on my home's complete interior/exterior restoration. They were so amazing, I even sent them to other neighbors that were in dire need. I'll be calling the Boise team the next time, even if they are 800 miles away! Thanks again Boys!

We had a large fire at our home in September. SERVPRO's Crew Chief Joni took care of the cleaning of our home and the restoration and cleaning of our belongings. Joni was able to restore a unique kerosene lamp to its original luster. The lamp looks gorgeous - like brand new!!! SERVPRO went the extra mile and we can enjoy the lamp for years to come. The night my mother died, I was given the phone number for SERVPRO. It was after midnight; I called expecting a machine. Instead, Peter immediately made arrangements to start the cleanup process. He was so patient answering all my questions. Joni took great care with my mother's possessions. She was incredibly sensitive to my feelings, & literally by my side through the entire process.
